Each course is specifically designed for you! My classes are private, in your home (or virtual). After booking your course, we will have a thirty-minute virtual consult. During this consult, I will gain a deep understanding of your baseline knowledge of childbirth and your goals. From there, I will draw on my six years of doula work, thousands of hours of hands-on experience, background in childbirth education, and hundreds of clients served to customize a class specifically for you! In addition to private education, you will receive a follow-up call, resources via email, and email access to me until the birth of your baby.
Are you pregnant with your second or third baby and looking for more of a refresh? Not a problem, I've got you covered. I gladly offer 2 and 4-hour programs for those looking to brush up on past classes. **Two hour courses do not include email access or a follow up call.
Learn what you need to have the birth YOU want
Time is a premium for busy families. I want and will work hard to ensure that I give you information that will set you up for success. Since your class is private I work around you! We can schedule early mornings, lunch hours, and even patch work scheduling if larger segments don't work for you.
Trauma Informed
If you are planning a VBAC, high risk, or birth after trauma, a traditional setting may not give you the tools and information you need --my private course will. Together we will navigate your situation and any past birth or life trauma with the goal of giving you the ability to navigate your birth with confidence.
Trusted Information
I proudly provide evidence-based information with a heaping amount of compassion. I want you to win-- whatever that means for you! Together, we will navigate when to head to the hospital, a birth plan, mental stamina, interventions commonly used in birth, the physiologic process of birth, what might come up given your specific history, how you and your partner can work together as a team, and so much more!
